Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  scalable data pipelines

  on GCP using Cloud Composer (Airflow), Dataflow, and other GCP services.
• Build and automate

  ETL/ELT workflows

  using Python and Airflow DAGs.
• Develop and optimize

  BigQuery datasets

  , queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data using GCP Big Data services.
• Implement

  data quality checks

  , logging, monitoring, and alerting for pipelines.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across all GCP data operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP services

  : BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub, Dataflow (preferred).
• Expertise in

  Python programming

  , including writing modular and scalable ETL code.
• Experience with

  Airflow DAG development

  , scheduling, and orchestration.
• Proven background in

  Big Data processing

  and optimizing query performance.
• Solid understanding of

  SQL

  , data modelling, and warehouse concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native development.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code

  .
• Knowledge of Spark or other distributed data frameworks.
• Exposure to ML pipelines or MLOps on GCP.
