Here is the link to our website - getnovora.com Role Overview We’re seeking a hands-on, quality-obsessed Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our upcoming in-house factory. From stitching lines to shift planning, you’ll be the execution engine driving output, quality, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Control: Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Track WIP across stages – cutting, stitching, finishing, QC. Line Management: Supervise operators and floor staff. Balance line loads to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. Manpower Allocation: Ensure right skill-to-task mapping. Coordinate shift schedules and resolve on-floor issues. Quality Oversight: Work closely with QC team to maintain first-pass quality. Identify defect trends and implement corrective actions. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and drive lean initiatives to reduce waste and increase throughput. Inventory & RM Coordination: Liaise with store team to ensure fabric/trims availability. Flag shortages proactively. Daily Reporting: Maintain production MIS – output vs target, rejection rate, absenteeism, machine breakdowns, etc. Requirements 1-10+ years of experience in garment manufacturing (knits/wovens), preferably in D2C or fast-growth brands Strong command over stitching processes, SMV planning, and production balancing Experience in setting up or scaling new lines is a plus Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines Excellent team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools What We Offer High-growth ownership role in a fast-scaling D2C brand Opportunity to shape systems from scratch Young, dynamic team with founder-led energy Competitive salary + performance bonus
