Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will be critical in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting key accounting functions for both domestic and export operations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of debtors and creditors. Sales and payout reconciliation across multiple online (e.g., Myntra, Amazon, etc.) and offline sales channels. GST Compliance: GST Input reconciliation (GST 2B Reco) Filing of GST returns – GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 TDS Management: Calculation and timely filing of TDS returns. E-Way Bill Management: Generation and documentation of e-way bills for relevant transactions. Inventory Accounting: Assist in the management of inventory records in the book of accounts, including tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Coordinate with production and warehousing teams for accurate stock reporting. Export Documentation: Manage and prepare all required documentation for export transactions in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Bank Loan Compliance: Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to existing and new bank loans. General Accounting: Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records. Support monthly and annual closing activities. Assist with audits and financial reporting. Monthly MIS Reporting Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or export-focused setup. In-depth understanding of stock management and inventory processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software is a must.
