Company Description Salt Studio is a women's wear fashion label and design studio based in Kochi, Kerala, offering modern elevated everyday wear . The studio embraces classic, timeless & elegant designs with a focus on inclusivity and comfort. Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Production & Quality Manager located in Kochi. The person will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling production to ensure garments are manufactured on time, within budget and to quality standards. The work time will be from 9.30 A.M to 7.00 P.M Responsibilities Work closely with fashion designers to understand their vision and translate it into practical production plans Assist in choosing fabrics, trims, and materials that align with the designers vision and the production requirements Develop and manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery of garments Oversee production budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated efficiently Identify and establish relationships with fabric suppliers, accessory vendors, and other necessary resource Ensure that all materials meet the required quality standards before production begins Manage and lead a team of production staff, including pattern makers, tailors, embroidery personnel and other production personnel Monitor the production process to ensure that garments meet the highest quality standards and align with design specifications Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, such as defects or delays Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and finished garments Qualification & Experience Diploma or Degree in Garment Manufacturing / Production or similar 2 - 3 years of experience managing women's wear production for a designer or boutique Have knowledge to source fabrics and trims To recruit required Pattern Master, Tailors & Embroidery workers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
