Social Media Executive

Responsibilities: Developing strategies to boost the brand’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc. Setting clear goals (e.g., increasing followers, engagement, and conversions) and aligning with the company’s overall marketing objectives. Creating engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and target audience. Planning and preparing a content calendar to ensure regular posting. Managing day-to-day activities on various social media accounts (posting updates, responding to messages/comments). Monitoring the performance of posts and campaigns. Assist in coordinating photoshoots and other content creation activities for digital campaigns Engaging with online communities by responding to comments, liking posts, and creating discussions. Support the planning and execution of influencer/celebrity marketing initiatives Keeping up with new social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure the company’s social media strategy remains effective. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong understanding of social media platforms, and best practices Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite) Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail Experience with content creation and basic photo/video editing skills software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
