Key Responsibilities: 1. Sample Development & Fit Evaluation Analyze tech packs, specifications, and buyer requirements to develop accurate garment samples. Buyer Communication Liaise with buyers technical teams for approvals, clarifications, and finalization of construction methods. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with pattern masters, quality controllers, production supervisors, and merchandisers. Monitor trial runs and pilot garments to ensure alignment with approved samples and tech specs. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in garment technical roles within an export house.
