Overview:

We’re looking for a creative storyteller and structured thinker to conceptualize, write, and document ideas for our upcoming games. The ideal candidate will translate abstract concepts into clear storylines, user journeys, and structured requirement documents that guide design, art, and development teams.


Key Responsibilities:

● Concept Development:

  1. Ideate and develop original game concepts, worlds, and mechanics aligned with the overall brand and target audience.
  2. Create engaging storylines, characters, and gameplay themes that fit the tone and purpose of each game (casual, educational, corporate, or entertainment).


● Storyboarding & Narrative Design:

  1. Write detailed storyboards, dialogue scripts, and scenario flows for various gameplay stages.
  2. Define player motivations, decision points, and emotional arcs within the gameplay.


● Documentation & Requirements:

  1. Prepare Game Design Documents (GDD), Feature Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Flow Diagrams to communicate ideas effectively to designers and developers.
  2. Break down high-level concepts into actionable tasks and functional requirements.


● Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with game designers, artists, animators, and developers to ensure creative alignment and gameplay feasibility.
  2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and prototype reviews to refine ideas.


Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong command of creative writing, storytelling, and narrative design.

● Ability to translate ideas into structured documents and clear visual storyboards.

● Understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and interactive storytelling.

● Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Notion, or Trello for documentation and collaboration.

● Bonus: Basic knowledge of Unity / Unreal Engine, Excel-based balancing sheets, or game scripting tools.


Education & Experience:

● Drop Outs are welcome.

● 1–4 years of experience in game design, writing, or creative production preferred (freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome).
