Game Designer

As a creative and analytical Game Designer, your role will involve designing engaging gameplay mechanics, systems, levels, and player experiences. You should have a strong understanding of game design principles and the ability to translate ideas into enjoyable and balanced gameplay. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design core gameplay mechanics, rules, and systems. - Create game concepts, storylines, characters, and progression systems. - Develop level designs, puzzles, challenges, and user flows. - Prepare detailed game design documents (GDDs), wireframes, and flowcharts. - Collaborate with artists, developers, and researchers to implement game features. - Balance gameplay for difficulty, engagement, and player retention. - Analyze player feedback and data to improve gameplay experience. - Research gaming trends, competitors, and player behavior. - Test and iterate on game mechanics to ensure quality and fun. **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong understanding of game design fundamentals (mechanics, dynamics, balance, UX). - Passion for games across PC, mobile, and console platforms. - Ability to clearly communicate ideas through documentation and presentations. - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. *Preferred Skills (Optional):* - Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine (basic to intermediate). - Knowledge of scripting or visual scripting tools. - Understanding of monetization models and player engagement strategies. - Familiarity with prototyping tools. - Experience in game testing or QA.
