Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice-based customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and travel-related support using Galileo/Amadeus GDS tools . Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner while adhering to company policies. Manage shift responsibilities and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Travel Voice Process. Technical Skills: Proficient in Galileo or other GDS platforms . Communication: Must be fluent in English with certification or equivalent proficiency. Shifts: Rotational shifts (24x7 support). Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off).
