About the Role We are seeking a proficient and creative React.js/Next.js Developer to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for building and optimizing dynamic, high-performance web applications and user interfaces. This role requires a passion for clean UI, performance, responsiveness, and delivering high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code and reusable components. Implement modern front-end architectures, design patterns, and workflows. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver robust solutions. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO. Manage application state using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js with strong knowledge of Next.js. Solid proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript. Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite). Deep understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, lifecycle methods, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design techniques. Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques in server-side rendered apps. Experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Proficient with Git and version control workflows. Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. Nice to Have: Experience with CMS integrations (like Sanity, Strapi, or Contentful). Knowledge of accessibility best practices. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Emotion. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. Understanding of CI/CD and basic DevOps concepts.
