Job Title : Senior Executive – Ticketing (B2C) Location : Udyog Vihar,Gurgaon Department : Ticketing Reports To : Operations Head Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Executive – Ticketing (B2C) to manage flight bookings and provide end-to-end travel support to individual clients. The role requires deep expertise in domestic and international ticketing, excellent knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), and the ability to handle direct client interactions with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Manage B2C ticketing requests for domestic and international flights. Provide real-time fare quotes and travel options directly to retail customers. Book, reissue, cancel, and process refunds for tickets using GDS tools. Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online customer queries and reservations. Suggest optimal travel routes and fare combinations based on customer preferences. Stay updated with airline promotions, seasonal fares, and discount offers. Support clients with travel insurance, baggage policies, airline check-in, etc. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build client trust. Ensure accuracy in bookings and timely issuance of tickets. Coordinate with airlines and service providers for escalations or changes. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any stream; preference for Travel & Tourism or Hospitality background. Minimum 1 –3 years of experience in B2C ticketing operations. Proficient in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre . Strong understanding of airline fare rules, cancellation, and reissue policies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications IATA or Travel-related certifications. Experience in handling individual FIT (Free Independent Traveller) bookings.
