As a Domestic Tour Packages Sales & Operations Executive at B M The Traveller Choice, your role will involve managing end-to-end sales and operations for domestic travel packages. You will ensure a seamless experience for clients from inquiry to post-tour support. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing information on domestic tour packages. - Understand client requirements to suggest suitable travel options and itineraries. - Prepare and send customized tour quotations, following up to close leads effectively. - Maintain and cultivate relationships with both B2C and B2B clients. - Meet monthly sales targets to drive business growth. - Coordinate all aspects of tours including hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and meals. - Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and tour guides to ensure smooth tour execution. - Create detailed itineraries, travel documents, and vouchers for clients. - Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints throughout and after the tour. - Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and meet customer expectations. Qualifications: - Graduate in Travel & Tourism or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in domestic tour operations/sales is preferred. - Strong knowledge of Indian travel destinations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc., if applicable).
