Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the

  first point of contact

  for all customer inquiries via calls, emails, or online leads.
• Understand client preferences, budget, and travel requirements to curate the best itinerary or travel package.
• Present and explain package details clearly, handle pricing discussions,and

  close sales independently

• Coordinate with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth booking and execution.
• Maintain follow-up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collect post-travel

  feedback and testimonials

  and address any concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance in CRM tools.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years of proven experience

  in travel sales, customer servicing, or itinerary planning.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  (verbal and written).
• Strong

  sales acumen

  with a customer-first approach.
• Good understanding of popular travel destinations, hotel categories, and package inclusions.
• Comfortable working with targets and follow-up systems.

• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, and online travel platforms.

• Should be

  comfortable working from the office

  and available for client interactions during business hours.
