Identify and engage international and local donor organizations, with special focus on domestic and international foundations.
Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations, CSR and HNI

Donors

Undertake independent research in finding suitable donors, assessing donor alignment and reaching out to potential donors, following up on leads and arranging for meetings, presentations etc.
Co-create an Annual and five year fundraising strategy for the organisation
Maintain the website www.rafoundation.org.in and regularly update it with information about organization s work
Writing concept notes and project proposals and ensure their timely submission
Assist the Director in developing business plans to generate income from various sources.
Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
Improve and develop communications material for the organization such as brochure, website, annual report, DVD, poster etc.
Organize or provide assistance in organizing any fundraising events for the organization
Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.

Fundraising Manager Requirements

Bachelor s Degree or Masters degree from any stream
Strong analytical (data/evidence gathering, analysis and interpretation) and research capabilities
Strong excel, communication, storytelling and presentations capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relationship management
4 to 5 yrs years of relevant work experience in partnerships, fundraising and project management is preferred
Result-driven and outcome focused-approach
Adaptable and flexible in working style, comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to influence multiple stakeholder
