Job Description

Role Overview: As a Functional and Individual Intelligence Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for Total Rewards processes related to Compensation and Benefits with a focus on delivering transformation and driving HR consulting services. You will work in a high-pressure business environment, collaborating with team members and clients from various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end process and policy expertise for Global and Local Total Rewards design, including Annual Compensation Planning, Job Evaluation Process, and Market Survey support - Offer insights on leading practices, Industry benchmarks, and technology configuration for Cloud HRIS systems like Workday and SuccessFactors - Develop process scenarios, create Job Aids, and participate in client calls and full dress rehearsals before implementation - Contribute to the creation of a Global Quality Framework, drive continuous process improvement, and manage process escalations - Preferred qualifications include Workday or SuccessFactors certification, exposure to IPE tool and Equity tools/Vendors, cross-industry HR transformation projects, Lean and Six Sigma practices, and Global HR certification Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 10 to 14 years of experience in Human Resources with a background in Total Rewards processes - Prior HR delivery or HR Consulting experience in the IT/BPO Industry is mandatory - Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work under compressed timelines, and proficiency in MS Office tools - People management experience with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead small teams - Travel readiness and flexibility to work in different time zones is required Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.,
