Role Overview

We're hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer at SiteRecon to build and ship features rapidly using a modern development stack. You'll combine traditional development skills with accelerated tooling—writing code where it matters, leveraging platforms where they're faster, and making pragmatic decisions to maximize delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

• Build production applications using Python/NodeJs/Go, FlutterFlow, Supabase, n8n
• Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and database architectures for scalability
• Deploy and manage self-hosted open source solutions in production environments
• Write custom code (backend, frontend, or mobile) when tools hit limitations
• Use AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate implementation
• Monitor application performance, optimize bottlenecks, and implement security best practices
• Own production deployments, debugging, and incident management

Required Experience

• 3+ years as a Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or Full-Stack Developer
• Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language
• Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and database schemas
• Production deployment and operations experience
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and monitoring
• Located in or willing to relocate to Noida, India

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaS
• Comfort with automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier)
• Experience with FlutterFlow/Webflow/ERPNext or similar rapid development frameworks (preferred)
• Understanding of webhooks, pub/sub patterns, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with self-hosting and managing open source applications
