To power this next phase of innovation, we are looking for a skilled Django and Python Developer to join our core product engineering team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices using Python and Django. You will collaborate with product, UI/UX, AI, and regulatory teams to develop new features, optimize workflows, and ensure robust performance of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities -

A. Backend Development

 Develop, test, and maintain web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend logic using Django/Django REST Framework.

 Design and optimize database models, queries, and integrations with third-party systems.

System Architecture & Performance

 Build modular, reusable, and scalable components following clean architecture principles.

 Identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and ensure application security and reliability.

B. Feature Implementation & Collaboration

 Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical features.

 Integrate AI/ML models, OCR systems, and external APIs into the platform where required.

C. Testing & Deployment

 Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in coding and documentation.

 Deploy applications using Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

D. Maintenance & Support

 Troubleshoot production issues, debug software problems, and deploy timely fixes.

 Maintain backend documentation and support cross-functional teams when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent experience.

 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django/Django REST Framework.

 Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, ORM, and query optimization.

 Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations.

 Familiarity with Git, Docker, Celery, Redis, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.

 Understanding of security standards (authentication, authorization, data validation).

 Bonus: Experience in OCR, AI/ML model integration, NLP, or regulatory tech products.
