Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn Full Stack Trainee to join our growing team. As a trainee, you will work under the guidance of senior developers to build web applications, gain experience with modern technologies, and contribute to projects that make real-world impacts. If you have a strong foundation in programming, are enthusiastic about web development, and want to grow your career in a cutting-edge tech environment, we want to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibility:

• Assist in designing and developing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Help build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Learn to create server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL to store and manage application data.
• Support deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, S3).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and backend engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Follow best practices in coding, version control using Git/GitHub, and agile development workflows.
• Apply data structures and algorithms for writing efficient and scalable code.

Skills and Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. Basic knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React.js.
3. Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, and creating APIs is a plus.
4. Understanding of databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL is preferred.
5. Exposure to version control tools like Git and GitHub.
6. Interest in learning cloud services, especially AWS.
7. Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
8. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
9. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have (Optional):

1. Experience with Next.js, Redux, or Zustand.
2. Knowledge of Flask or Python-based APIs.
3. Familiarity with WebSocket and real-time communication.
4. Understanding of containerization tools like Docker.
5. Exposure to mobile app development using Flutter or Android.
6. Interest in AI/ML, generative AI tools, or chatbot integrations.
7. Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub profile.
