Full Stack Engineer

Role Description

We’re looking for a visionary Full Stack Developer (CTO) to lead the design and

development of scalable, secure, and innovative education technology solutions. You

will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap, driving engineering excellence, and

enabling impactful learning experiences through technology.

Required Qualifications

● Strong 5+ years background in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) and

cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

● 5+ years expertise in mobile technologies, RESTful APIs, DevOps, and data security.

● Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics, and EdTech integrations (e.g.,

SCORM, LTI).

● Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience building EdTech products or learning management systems.

● Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or being part of a startup’s growth

journey.

● Passion for education, impact-driven innovation, and inclusive learning.

Technology Strategy & Vision

● Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business and

pedagogical goals.

● Identify emerging trends in EdTech, AI, gamification, and adaptive learning and

embed them into the product.

● Evaluate and adopt modern tech stacks and architecture for long-term scalability.

Platform Development

● Lead the design, architecture, and development of web and mobile platforms.

● Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, security, and reliability.

● Oversee deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure

management.

Team Leadership & Culture

● Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

● Foster a collaborative, agile, and product-driven tech culture.

● Set and enforce coding standards, reviews, and development best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with product, design, curriculum, and marketing teams to deliver

unified learning experiences.

● Represent technology in investor meetings, client demos, and board discussions.
