Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using

  React

  ,

  Next.js

  ,

  TypeScript

  , and

  FastAPI

  .
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using

  FastAPI

  and

  Starlette

  .
• Design efficient and normalized schemas using

  PostgreSQL

  and

  SQLModel/SQLAlchemy

  .
• Integrate backend logic with the

  AI/ML module

  (eligibility and probability engine).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with

  Supabase

  for authentication, storage, and backend management.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, version control, and code reviews.
• Participate in architecture discussions and propose performance and security improvements.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend:

  React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS (or similar styling frameworks).

• Backend:

  Python, FastAPI, Starlette, SQLModel, SQLAlchemy.

• Database:

  PostgreSQL, Supabase (authentication, APIs, edge functions).

• APIs & Integration:

  REST, JSON, WebSockets; experience integrating external APIs.

• Dev Tools:

  Git, Docker, VS Code (or equivalent IDEs).
• Experience in

  containerized environments

  and

  CI/CD workflows

  (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Knowledge of

  AI/ML model integration

  (bonus).

Soft Skills

• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills — ability to work directly with founders.
• Self-driven and proactive in suggesting product or technical improvements.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in
