Role Overview

Full Stack Developer

You will play a pivotal role in:

• Taking

  Prānaa’s tech platform

  from concept to production.
• Helping finalize and scale other live projects like WhatsOn, MediScribe, and Plant Shazam.
• Working closely with the founder to align technology with product vision and business goals.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of

  Prānaa’s health-tech applications

  (patient engagement, EHR, community wellness tools).
• Enhance and productionise existing apps across other ventures (WhatsOn, MediScribe, Plant Shazam).
• Build, test, and deploy

  web and mobile apps

  using modern frameworks.
• Design and maintain

  robust backend services & APIs

  .
• Ensure applications are

  secure, scalable, and optimized for performance

  .
• Collaborate directly with the founder and UI/UX team on product flows.
• Manage

  end-to-end deployment pipelines

  and oversee launch-readiness.
• Research and integrate

  emerging tech (AI/ML, wearables, cloud services)

  into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Strong expertise in

  React.js / Next.js

  (web) and

  React Native / Flutter

  (mobile).
• Backend skills in

  Node.js, Express, or equivalent frameworks

  .
• Experience with

  databases

  (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
• Knowledge of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of

  API design & integration

  (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with

  app deployment

  (App Store / Play Store).
• Ability to work

  independently

  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in

  healthcare/med-tech applications

• Familiarity with
