Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  full stack applications

  — from responsive frontend interfaces to secure, scalable backend services.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack.

Frontend Development (React/Next.js):

• Architect and implement

  responsive, interactive UIs

  using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Integrate

  WebGL/Three.js

  for 3D product visualization, AR/VR features, and virtual try-on experiences.
• Build reusable

  UI components and design systems

  , ensuring consistent look-and-feel across devices and browsers.
• Optimize

  performance and accessibility

  across multiple platforms.

Backend Development (Python & APIs & Databases):

• Design and maintain

  RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  , ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
• Manage databases such as

  PostgreSQL

  , optimizing schemas for performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Implement

  secure authentication and authorization mechanisms

  (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
• Ensure backend systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

Cloud & DevOps:

• Deploy and manage applications using

  Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (Lambda/EC2), or GCP (Cloud Run)

  .
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime for production services.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Collaborate closely with

  designers, AI/ML engineers, and other developers

  to deliver innovative and seamless experiences.
• Maintain

  technical documentation

  , API specifications, and design guidelines for the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate actively in

  code reviews

  to maintain code quality.

Requirements

Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in

  full stack web development

  , preferably in startups or product-based companies.

Frontend Skills:

• React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux/Context
• WebGL/Three.js for

  3D rendering and immersive experiences

• Modern CSS techniques (Flexbox/Grid) and responsive design principles

Backend Skills:

• Python (Django/Flask)
• RESTful & GraphQL APIs
• PostgreSQL database management and optimization
• Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms

DevOps / Cloud Skills:

• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP cloud services
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with

  headless CMS or ecommerce platforms

• Strong design sense, performance optimization
