About the role:

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:-

Backend Development

• Build, maintain, and optimize backend systems for websites using no-code and low-code platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Drupal, Shopify, Webflow, and Wix.
• Fully customize platform functionalities and features to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Develop custom plugins, extensions, or modules to enhance platform capabilities.

Frontend Development:

• Proficient in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery

  , and basic understanding of

  Liquid, PHP, or other templating languages

  (based on platform).
• Hands-on experience with

  Shopify theme customization

  ,

  WordPress (Elementor/Gutenberg),

  Webflow

  , and

  Magento

  .
• Experience with eCommerce development and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, shipping APIs).
• Ability to work with design tools like

  Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

  .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with version control tools like

  Git

  is a plus.

Server Configuration

• Set up, configure, and optimize web servers and hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot server issues and implement secure and efficient server settings.

API Integration

• Develop and integrate APIs to connect backend systems with third-party tools or services.
• Ensure smooth data exchange and functionality across integrated systems.

Website Performance Optimization

• Conduct audits to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Implement strategies to improve website speed, scalability, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to troubleshoot all the errors which are hampering the website speed and other performance metrics

Customization of No-Code Platforms

• Leverage the flexibility of no-code and low-code platforms to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Enhance and modify platform-specific capabilities without compromising platform integrity.

Collaboration with UI/UX Designers

• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure designs are translated into functional web pages.
• Provide technical insights into the feasibility of design requirements.

Quality Assurance

• Debug, test, and resolve issues to ensure stable and secure website functionality.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases adhering to best practices.

Stay Updated on Trends

• Stay informed about the latest technologies, frameworks, and trends in backend and no-code development.
• Proactively suggest and implement enhancements for current projects.

Skills & Qualifications:-

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in PHP with experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms like WordPress, Magento, Drupal, Shopify, Webflow, and Wix, with the ability to customize functionalities.
• Knowledge of server configurations, hosting environments, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Has experience with website Infosec audits

Performance Optimization

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving website performance issues.
• Familiarity with caching strategies, CDNs, and database optimization.

UI/UX Collaboration

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Proven experience in collaborating with designers to develop user-friendly web pages.

Customization Expertise

• Deep understanding of no-code platforms and ability to adapt them for unique client needs.
• Ability to extend default functionalities to meet bespoke requirements.

General Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

●     Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React) is a plus.

●     Experience with Server Setup, configuration, Info security audits

●     Familiarity with SEO principles and website accessibility standards.

●     Experience with version control systems like Git.
