Full Stack Engineer

Role Summary

The Full Stack Engineer will be a core member of the Kforce Consulting Solutions

(KCS) - AI CoE team, responsible for building modern applications that integrate

traditional software engineering with emerging AI capabilities. This role blends front-end

and back-end development with hands-on implementation of LLMs, agent frameworks,

retrieval pipelines, and automation tools.

The engineer will work closely with AI specialists, data engineers, TPMs, and U.S.

practice leads to deliver high-quality pilots and scalable production solutions for both

internal and client-facing use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Build responsive, maintainable front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar.
• Develop secure, scalable back-ends using Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, Go, C#, or Java.
• Implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservice components.

AI Integration & Agent Workflows

• Integrate LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agent/automation frameworks into applications.
• Work with AI engineers to embed model inference, vector search, and workflow automation.
• Implement agent-based components for task automation, reasoning, an orchestration.
• Use tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks to build AI workflows.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Delivery

• Partner with TPMs, data engineers, and AI specialists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help shape best practices for AI- powered applications.
• Support UI/UX, data, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.

AI-Assisted Engineering & Productivity

• Leverage AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cody, Cursor) throughout the development cycle.
• Maintain high development velocity while following code quality, documentation, and testing standards.
• Contribute to reusable components and accelerators that the KCS Innovation CoE can apply across clients.
• Operational Excellence
• Write clean, testable code and maintain automated testing pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using modern DevOps tools.
• Support deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, using Docker/Kubernetes where needed.
• Participate in peer code reviews and ensure engineering consistency across the offshore team.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages: Python, Node.js, Go, C#, Java.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs or agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
• Comfortable using AI development tools as part of day-to-day workflow.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and software testing best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work with cross-functional AI delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or automation workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of prompt design and LLM interaction patterns.
• Exposure to serverless or edge computing environments.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
