Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for back-end.
• Design and build clean, reusable RESTful and GraphQL APIs to serve data to the frontend and integrate with external systems.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and modern development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and practices that drive innovation.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-9 years of professional experience in software development with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and its ecosystem (Express.js, NestJS, etc.) for building scalable back-end services.
• Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Proven expertise in API design and development (RESTful and/or GraphQL), including documentation and version control.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and basic DevOps principles.
• Good problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Prior experience in building microservices or working on large-scale distributed systems.
