Full Stack Developer - India

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) with exposure to AI-related development. This is a hands-on role covering front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, and deployment. You will work directly with leadership to deliver two key projects: a CRM system and AI-driven relationship and sales tools.

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications

- Build responsive and high-performance front-end components

- Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations

- Design and manage databases for scalability and reliability

- Contribute to AI-enhanced features and workflows

- Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems

- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices

- Manage deployment workflows and handle basic cloud infrastructure

-Project 1: CRM system development (1–2 months), including database architecture and app components

- Project 2: AI-powered relationship and sales tools

- Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience

- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills

- Experience with React/Next.js or similar frameworks

- Backend experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar

- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with AI development concepts (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, or ML integration)

- Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows

- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

- DevOps or CI/CD pipeline experience

- Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

- Knowledge of microservices or Docker

- Experience with automated testing

- Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment
