We're in the early stages of building our platform and looking for strong technical contributors who want to grow with us. 🧑‍💻 Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and full-time Full Stack Developer who can build and scale both frontend and backend systems. You’ll collaborate with a small but ambitious team to deliver high-quality, production-ready features. You must be comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment, writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable features across both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Express) environments. Integrate with third-party APIs (payment gateways, identity verification, cloud storage, etc.). Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness. Maintain and enhance RESTful APIs and database schema (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure code quality. Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces. Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Identify and fix bugs or bottlenecks in the development pipeline. Collaborate with QA to ensure product stability in sandbox and production environments. ✅ Required Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in full stack web development. Proficient in React.js / Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL). Familiarity with GitHub, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployments (AWS/Hostinger preferred). Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools is a plus. Solid understanding of software development principles, including performance, scalability, and security.
