Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Bangalore Type: Full-Time (On-site) Experience: 5+ Years CTC- 10,00,000 to 15,00,000 About this Role We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to work on backend services and frontend interfaces for Paywize’s financial platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and DevOps to build reliable, scalable, and high-performing fintech solutions.. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable APIs and microservices Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React or Vue.js Optimize application performance and address security vulnerabilities Integrate third-party SDKs and banking APIs Cooperate with the QA team to ensure code quality and reliability Identify opportunities to improve code efficiency and contribute to software architecture planning Maintain code and documentation integrity and organization Participate in risk identification, threat modeling, and team-wide non-development activities Build reusable components and stay updated with emerging trends and technologies Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend engineering Deep expertise in Node.js, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Express.js and/or Nest.js Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and working knowledge of TypeScript Advanced knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL including query optimization and schema design Experience with Redis, job/message queues, and asynchronous processing Solid understanding of RESTful API design, third-party API integrations, and secure data handling Experience building scalable, high-performance, and resilient applications Proficient with Git and standard version control workflows Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills Strong communication skills and the ability to lead or mentor junior developers Self-driven, accountable, and committed to high code quality and best engineering practices Preferred Skills: Experience working with payments or banking APIs Familiarity with Nest.js, Redis, TypeScript and messaging queues (Kafka/Redis Streams/RabbitMQ) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress Prior experience in a fintech company or financial services domain is a strong advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/07/2025
