Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (.NET, React) to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies and modern front-end frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client business needs and align with best practices in software development. Your contributions will enable seamless user experiences, robust backend integrations, and scalable system solutions. Software Requirements Required Skills: Strong proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core (latest stable versions), with experience developing scalable web applications Extensive hands-on experience with React.js for building interactive user interfaces Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational database systems for data access and manipulation Use of version control tools, particularly Git Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Azure cloud platform services (e.g., App Service, Functions, Storage) Familiarity with JavaScript build tools like Webpack, Babel Overall Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications using .NET and React Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to technical standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime Contribute to technical documentation, user stories, and development guidelines Continuously learn and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Strategic objectives: Deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable web solutions Ensure technical solutions align with business needs and technical standards Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation Performance outcomes: Timely delivery of quality code with minimal defect rates High levels of stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and delivery Clear documentation supporting long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages (Essential): C# / .NET (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC) for backend development JavaScript (ES6+) with React.js for front-end development Frameworks & Libraries (Essential): React.js with state management solutions like Redux or Context API Databases & Data Management (Essential): SQL Server or equivalent relational database systems Development Tools & Methodologies (Essential): Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code Git for version control Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Cloud Technologies (Preferred): Azure services for deployment and CI/CD Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience in microservices architecture REST API design and integration Familiarity with containerization (Docker) Experience Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in web application development using .NET and React Proven track record developing enterprise-grade solutions Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (Azure preferred) Alternative experience pathways: Candidates with substantial full-stack development experience, demonstrating expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies, may be considered regardless of specific years if skill level aligns.
