Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer with expertise in PHP, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and WordPress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications and websites. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development:

Create responsive and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Implement dynamic and interactive features using jQuery to enhance user experience.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.

Backend Development:

Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP to support web applications.

Build and integrate APIs, manage databases (e.g., MySQL), and ensure secure and efficient backend functionality.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.

WordPress Development:

Design, develop, and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client or project requirements.

Optimize WordPress sites for performance, SEO, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality, plugins, or themes.

Collaboration and Maintenance:

Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web pages.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.

Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and maintenance on websites and web applications.

Testing and Optimization:

Test applications across multiple devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.

Optimize code and assets for faster load times and improved user experience.

Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PHP for server-side development and integration with databases (e.g., MySQL).

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for creating responsive and modern web designs.

Experience with jQuery for DOM manipulation and dynamic functionality.

In-depth understanding of WordPress, including theme and plugin development, customization, and optimization.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of web standards, SEO best practices, and accessibility

guidelines (WCAG).

Experience:

2+ years of professional experience in web development with a focus on PHP, WordPress, and frontend technologies.

Proven track record of building and maintaining WordPress-based websites and custom solutions.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:
