Job Title: Social Media Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media platforms Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews Track social media KPIs and report on performance insights using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Stay up-to-date with trends, hashtags, and best practices in social media and digital marketing Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other marketing team members to create compelling campaigns Coordinate influencer and brand collaboration campaigns as needed Support paid social media advertising efforts in coordination with the PPC team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing Experience with paid ad campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn Knowledge of CRM tools or marketing automation platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
