Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

l Develop and maintain web applications with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

l Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.

l Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.

l Identify and address performance issues and optimize application performance.

l Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

l Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience.

l Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve existing applications and processes.

l Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.

l Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

l Mentor and assist junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills.

Qualifications:

l Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

l 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications developed.

l Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js).

l Strong back-end development skills with experience in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Django, Express.js, Ruby on Rails).

l Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

l Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

l Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.

l Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

l Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

l A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

l Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications in cloud environments.

l Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

l Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

l Understanding of security best practices in web development.

l Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
