Full Stack Developer

Cuilsoft Private Limited is a growing IT services company delivering scalable and high-performance web and digital solutions to global clients. We are expanding our development team and looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can contribute immediately and work on challenging, real-world projects.

Job Summary

We are hiring a 3+ years experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Django) and/or MERN Stack to develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django) and/or MERN Stack
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best coding standards and practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django Framework
• Experience working with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• Good knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Immediate joiners preferred
