We believe that happy, empowered drivers provide the best service, and we’re building the technology to make that a reality.Your Challenge: Build Our Command CenterThis isn't a ticket-in, ticket-out developer role. You will be the architect and builder of the central nervous system for our entire operation: the GoGoGo fleet and driver ecosystem portal. The tools you create won't be buried in a corporate back-office; they will be the command center our teams use every single day to support thousands of driver-partners and manage a growing city-wide transportation network. Your code will directly impact the livelihood of our drivers and the quality of every single ride.What You'll Do (The Fun & The Impact)Build the Command Center:You’ll be developing a ride hailing app, with a purpose. Also, develop the core admin dashboard that our city operations teams will use to view the health of our network, manage driver support, and ensure a gold-standard service in real-time.Empower Our Partners: You’ll create the fleet owner portal, giving our partners the tools and insights they need to manage their vehicles and succeed on our platform.Engineer the Engine: You'll design and build the robust backend APIs that power our entire support ecosystem, from driver onboarding to our future MicroLoan and insurance services.Unlock Hidden Insights: You’ll transform raw operational data into powerful, intuitive reports and analytics, helping us make smarter decisions that improve driver earnings and rider satisfaction.Own Your Work, End-to-End: From the Angular frontend to the Node.js backend and the MongoDB database, you will have full ownership of the features you build, shaping the technical direction of our internal platform.This Role is for You If:You are a product-minded engineer who gets excited about solving complex problems and seeing your work make a tangible impact in the physical world.
