🎯 What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and optimize responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies (React, Angular, Tailwind, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver intuitive UI/UX.
• Implement interactive, modular, and reusable UI components ensuring consistency across devices and platforms.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Work with back-end technologies (Express.js, Node.js, Python) to integrate APIs and support full-stack functionality.
• Assist in building and maintaining backend services, databases, and API endpoints as needed.
• Debug and troubleshoot both front-end and basic back-end issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and structured code with clear project documentation and tech guides.
• Take ownership of tasks and modules, handling them with minimal supervision.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of internal tools, dashboards, apps, and website features.
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, JavaScript) and at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Basic working knowledge of back-end technologies (Express.js, Python) and RESTful API integration.
• Understanding of databases (MongoDB/MySQL) and basic schema concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows and Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced startup setting.
