Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at Montr AI, you will play a crucial role in building, iterating, and scaling our powerful AI suite that automates content creation, social posting, lead nurturing, and AI workflows all in one dashboard. You will work closely with the founder to develop core SaaS features, implement UI designs, work on backend integrations, and create AI-based features using technologies like Next.js, React, TypeScript, Firebase, MongoDB, and MySQL. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of features end-to-end, from idea to deployment, and contribute to improving the platform's performance, scalability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Building core SaaS features in Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript - Implementing UI using React + ShadCN/UI + Tailwind CSS - Working on backend integrations with Firebase, MongoDB, or MySQL - Developing AI-based features and integrating generative models - Creating visual automation workflows using ReactFlow - Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform - Implementing new modules - Taking ownership of features end-to-end from idea to deployment Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in software or SaaS development - Strong command over Next.js, React, and TypeScript - Solid understanding of UI/UX with ShadCN, Tailwind - Experience with Firebase / MongoDB / MySQL - Understanding of backend APIs, authentication, and security best practices - Experience working with or integrating AI APIs (preferred) - Experience with ReactFlow or building drag-and-drop interfaces (preferred) - Bachelor's degree - Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and take ownership - Comfortable working in a startup mindset, building, experimenting, and shipping Join Montr AI to work directly with the founder on a fast-growing AI product, be part of a high-energy team, and have the opportunity to build category-defining AI tools.
