Montr AI is building a powerful AI suite that automates content creation, social posting, lead nurturing, and AI workflows, everything businesses need to run modern marketing in one dashboard.

We are now looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can work closely with the founder to build, iterate, and scale our product.

What You’ll Work On

• Building core

  SaaS features in Next.js

  (App Router) and TypeScript
• Implementing

  UI using React + ShadCN/UI + Tailwind CSS

• Working on backend integrations with Firebase,

  MongoDB, or MySQL

• Developing AI-based features and integrating generative models
• Creating visual automation workflows using

  ReactFlow

• Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform
• Implement new modules.
• Taking ownership of features end-to-end from idea to deployment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software or SaaS development
• Strong command over Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of UI/UX with ShadCN, Tailwind
• Experience with Firebase / MongoDB / MySQL
• Understanding of backend APIs, authentication, and security best practices
• Experience working with or integrating

  AI APIs

  (preferred)
• Experience with

  ReactFlow

  or building drag-and-drop interfaces (preferred)
• Candidate should have atleast bachelor's degree
• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and take ownership
• Work in startup mindset, comfortable with building, experimenting, and shipping
