About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React and Python (FastAPI) to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications from front-end interfaces to back-end APIs and integrations. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed quality checks on CT and MRI radiology reports to ensure clinical accuracy and adherence to reporting standards. Identify errors, discrepancies, and areas of improvement in radiologist interpretations. Collaborate with radiologists, QA leads, and operations teams to provide structured feedback and maintain high-quality reporting standards. Track and document QA findings, maintaining a consistent audit trail for continuous improvement. Participate in peer reviews, calibration sessions, and training activities to ensure alignment on quality benchmarks. Requirements 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Radiology QA, specifically with CT and MRI studies. Strong understanding of radiology workflows, terminologies, and quality parameters. Ability to identify technical and interpretative discrepancies in radiology reports. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills. Teleradiology experience is a strong plus.
