Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AI integration and app development to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications while integrating AI-driven features to enhance user experience and performance.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and creativity to bring modern, intelligent solutions to life across multiple platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack & App Development

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
• Build responsive and high-performing user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or React Native.
• Develop robust backend systems using FastAPI, Django, or Node.js, ensuring scalability and security.
• Integrate databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL efficiently for optimal data management.

AI & Automation Integration

• Develop and integrate AI/ML-based features such as recommendation engines, chatbots, or predictive analytics into applications.
• Collaborate with data teams to utilize LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or custom AI models for real-time insights and automation.
• Work with APIs and AI tools for automation, NLP, image recognition, or workflow optimization.

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Security & Optimization

• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection measures using OAuth2.0, JWT, and encryption standards.
• Conduct performance optimization and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and security best practices.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development cycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with exposure to AI integrations and app development.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend: FastAPI, Django, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• AI/ML: Experience integrating OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, or AI-based automation tools.
• Security: OAuth2.0, JWT, Encryption, Secure Coding Practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms or AI app builders.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-driven automation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
