Job description Job Description : We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in video editing tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities : Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements. Enhance video content with graphics, transitions, and sound effects. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality content on time. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills : Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, and storytelling. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects. Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audition or Audacity. Experience with color correction and grading. Knowledge of video codecs, resolutions, and compression standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D. Experience with video content strategy for social media platforms. Familiarity with camera equipment and shooting techniques. Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Educational Qualifications : A degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Tools & Software Proficiency : Video Editing : Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. Motion Graphics : Adobe After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D. Audio Editing : Adobe Audition, Audacity. Graphic Design : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Project Management : Trello, Asana, or similar tools (preferred). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
