AI /ML Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate, optimize processes, and deliver intelligent solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development:
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Build and train deep learning models for tasks like image recognition, NLP, and time-series forecasting.
• Data Processing:
• Gather, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability for machine learning pipelines.
• Deployment and Optimization:
• Deploy ML models to production using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune model performance.
• AI Integration:
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to implement solutions.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct experiments to prototype innovative solutions.
• Collaboration:
• Work with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
