To work closely with the sales team to support new opportunities, write RFPs and create a project vision to understand the business goal for the clients and all stakeholders. To provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibilities studies or specifying the requirements the designs must meet To conceptualize and present the design (design concept, space planning, and costing proposals) to the potential client, while acting as a workplace strategist to consult and offer office solutions. To conduct fact-finding and keep up with the latest trend regarding current work styles and workplace conditions To collaborate with external consultants, including outsourced ID, through the design phase To ensure design deliverables adhere to product standards and any quality assurance policies and procedures for design, documentation, and project management. To assist Project Manager with the overall project management for the opening of new outlets, including coworking spaces and the new custom-built enterprise solutions. To communicate project updates regularly to management and cross functional teams such as the status of each project, potential issues, risks, etc, Host project meetings and client presentations as needed, Assist in site supervision and manage project costing from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern full-stack technologies. Collaboration & Communication Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to clarify requirements and estimate timelines. Participate in code reviews and design discussions to uphold code quality. Troubleshooting & Optimization Identify, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments. Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. DevOps & Deployment Package applications in Docker containers; manage CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration. Deploy, monitor, and scale services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform using managed compute, storage, and networking services. Security & Best Practices Implement authentication, authorization, and data-protection measures to safeguard user data. Stay current with security vulnerabilities and industry best practices. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Professional Experience Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer (3+ years preferred). Technical Skills Front-end: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Back-end: FastAPI, Django (or comparable frameworks). Databases: MongoDB, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker; Kubernetes or other orchestration tools; CI/CD pipelines. Security: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, encryption, and secure coding practices.
