About the Role*
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated *full-stack developer* with strong expertise in *React.js and PHP Laravel*. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, working with REST APIs, and managing deployment pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities*
* Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using *React.js (frontend)* and *Laravel (backend)*.
* Design and integrate *RESTful APIs* and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions.
* Implement *CI/CD pipelines* for efficient development and deployment workflows.
* Manage *GitHub repositories and handle version control, branching, and pull requests.
* Work with tools like *Jira* for project/task tracking and ensure timely delivery of features.
* Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
* Perform testing and debugging using *Postman, Swagger*, and other tools.
* Manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, and Production), ensuring smooth releases.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications*
* *2–3 years of hands-on experience* as a full-stack developer.
* Strong proficiency in *React.js* (hooks, state management, components, and lifecycle).
* Solid experience in *the PHP Laravel* framework (MVC, Eloquent ORM, middleware, authentication).
* Knowledge of *MySQL/PostgreSQL databases* and query optimization.
* Experience working with *REST APIs* and API documentation tools (*Swagger, Postman*).
* Familiarity with *CI/CD pipelines* and deployment automation.
* Strong understanding of *Git/GitHub workflows* (branching, merging, pull requests).
* Experience with *Agile/Scrum methodologies* and task tracking tools like *Jira*.
* Knowledge of *cloud deployment* (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have*
* Experience with *Docker/Kubernetes* for containerization.
* Knowledge of *Redis, Kafka, or message queues*.
* Familiarity with *unit testing & automation testing*.
* Understanding of *microservices architecture*.
