Full Stack

The Product Manager role involves supporting and establishing ownership of analytics instrumentation, tagging, data collection, and related infrastructure for marketing and analytics programs across a portfolio of domestic and international websites and native apps. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, Analytics, the right candidate for this role will possess a strong technical and analytical foundation, a passion for data and data capture strategy, a background in eCommerce, and relevant experience in tag management and web analytics toolsets. This role is cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, marketing, analytics, and business teams to ensure critical programs, features, and functionality have the necessary information to drive and optimize performance. Responsibilities include partnering with Product Managers to design and define new features, leading and mentoring a team of full stack and backend engineers, championing coding standards and reusable components, influencing the technical direction of the engineering team, participating in Scrum team activities, and potentially leading Communities-of-Practice and Continuous Education programs. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 8+ years of hands-on experience in JS, HTML, and CSS, 4+ years of experience in React or Vue.Js, 4+ years of experience in backend programming with Java or Node, and a strong understanding of Typescript, Java, and web technologies. Experience in large-scale ecommerce systems is highly beneficial, and a passion for Ecommerce and retail is a plus. The ideal candidate should also have expertise in UI performance and accessibility best practices, enthusiasm for constant improvement as a Software Engineer, effective communication skills, the ability to motivate team members, and experience in mentoring and designing applications.
