Convert Figma, Webflow, or Adobe XD designs into clean, well-structured HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Implement smooth animations, interactive components, and seamless transitions for enhanced user experience. Ensure cross-browser compatibility , mobile responsiveness , and W3C standards compliance . Integrate web accessibility (WCAG) principles to make interfaces user-friendly for people with disabilities. Optimize designs for SEO to improve search visibility and performance. Work on website builder technologies to create reusable design components and editable templates. Stay updated with the latest design trends , understanding what is popular in the market and how to replicate or improve those styles. Conduct testing and debugging to deliver error-free, high-performance interfaces. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand evolving UI/UX expectations. Showcase designs and creative concepts on Dribbble and Behance to maintain visibility and community engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on UI/UX design. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and frontend frameworks ( Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, SASS, LESS ). Hands-on experience with Webflow , Figma , and Adobe XD for design and prototyping. Strong understanding of CSS animations, keyframes, and transitions . Demonstrated ability to build pixel-perfect designs that are optimized for performance and responsiveness. Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles . Expertise in web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 or above) to ensure inclusivity in design. Solid understanding of SEO best practices for frontend optimization. Knowledge of website builders and CMS platforms for efficient design and content management. Up-to-date awareness of modern design trends , including emerging UI/UX styles, micro-interactions, and minimalist design concepts. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
