Role Overview

Next.js

The role requires strong technical execution, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and close collaboration with backend, AI, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build, optimise, and maintain responsive and performant web interfaces using

  Next.js

• Develop new client-facing features, dashboards, and workflow tools tightly integrated with backend AI systems
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term reliability of all user interfaces

AI Agent & Backend Integration

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with AI agents and APIs
• Translate complex agent interactions into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Work closely with Project Managers to align UI behaviour with product and client expectations

Cross-team Collaboration

• Work closely with backend, AI, and product engineering teams
• Provide technical recommendations during design reviews
• Communicate progress effectively to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI issues
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and high usability across devices
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and contribute suggestions for improving the development process
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from

  IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS

  , or other top Indian technical institutes
• Strong hands-on development experience with

  Next.js

  and modern React workflows
• Must have

  5+ years

  of frontend development experience at a well-regarded technology organisation
• Strong understanding of:
• UI/UX fundamentals
• Responsive design
• Client-side performance optimisation
• Component architectures & state management
• Secure integration with backend APIs
• Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend code
• Clear communication skills and confidence to interact with customers when required

Good to Have

• Experience with backend integration using Node.js or Python-based APIs
• Familiarity with design systems (Tailwind, ShadCN)
• Exposure to building data dashboards or analytics-heavy UIs
• Understanding of authentication, security, and RBAC in front-end applications
• Experience with cloud deployments (Vercel, AWS, GCP)
