Frontend Engineer

As a Founding Frontend Engineer at Microsys, you will play a key role in shaping the user interface of our next-generation web-based ERP platform. Your work will define how thousands of businesses interact with our software every day — ensuring the system is fast, intuitive, and visually elegant. You’ll lead the development of modern, responsive UI components that make complex workflows simple and efficient. Responsiblities Design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies Implement pixel-perfect designs that align with product vision and user needs Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and AI-driven features Work with product and design teams to iterate on UI/UX based on user feedback Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence Requirements 3+ years of frontend development experience Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.js Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, Material-UI, Shadcn) Experience with state management (Redux) Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 🏢 About Microsys Microsys is a trusted pharmacy management software company with over 20 years of experience in the Indian retail pharmacy sector.
