About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Frontend UI Designer & Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies, UI/UX prototyping, and motion-driven digital experiences. The ideal candidate will blend technical proficiency with creative design capabilities to deliver high-quality digital assets across multiple platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital content development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of web standards with practical experience working on CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM or OCE Personal.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design, modern frontend libraries, and familiarity with animation frameworks such as GSAP or Animate.css.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating UI layouts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design documentation.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, component structures, and user-cantered design methodologies.
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks; exposure to component-based architecture and state management is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for building scalable, responsive interfaces.
• Ability to export, optimize, and manage design assets from Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of WordPress theme structure, custom CSS implementation, and performance optimization best practices.
• Basic motion graphics skills and familiarity with Adobe After Effects or video editing tools for creating and enhancing digital content.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Modern Digital Assets
• Build visually engaging and interactive digital experiences—including web pages, emailers, microsites, IVAs, and e-Detailer slides—using modern UI techniques and animation libraries such as GSAP, Animate.css, Lottie, and related frameworks.
• UI/UX Collaboration & Figma Prototyping
• Work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into functional experiences. Create Figma layouts, interactive prototypes, wireframes, and UI designs to ensure seamless alignment between design vision and final development.
• Perform Comprehensive Unit Testing
• Conduct detailed unit testing to verify animations, responsiveness, performance, and overall functionality before final delivery or deployment.
• Stay Current with Evolving Frontend Trends
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in UI/UX, animation frameworks, JavaScript libraries, and frontend development practices, including emerging technologies such as React and Angular.
• Troubleshoot & Optimize Digital Experiences
• Identify and resolve issues related to web content, animations, performance, and behaviour. Optimize digital assets for speed, smooth performance, and scalability while meeting all quality benchmarks.
• Ensure Compatibility & Accessibility
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior across all devices, and adherence to accessibility standards. Validate that all animations and interactions enhance usability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Veeva or similar CRM-driven deployments and a good understanding of email deliverability standards.
• A strong portfolio showcasing interactive web pages, motion-enhanced experiences, animations, and Figma prototypes.
