Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office:- Reservation Supervisor/Reservation Associate at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate front office operations, including reservations and guest services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of reservations, bookings, and guest information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and respect when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems is essential.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work are necessary.
