Position: Front Office Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Front Office operations. The right candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and inspire the team to deliver service that is truly Anything But Ordinary.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and mentor the front desk team
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism
• Manage reservations, billing, and front office administration
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless guest experiences

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management
• Minimum 10 years of hospitality management experience
• 3+ years in a Front Office HOD role or equivalent leadership position
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Opera PMS
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
